League of women voters of the lower cape fear sets dates for candidate forums

The League of Women Voters of the Lower Cape Fear has announced dates for its candidate forums in New Hanover County. 

LWV-LCF and WECT-TV will sponsor candidates' forums for State House Candidates, New Hanover County Commissioners, and New Hanover County School Board Candidates. 

The forum for State House Candidates will be held on Tuesday, October 2 at the New Hanover County Senior Center on Shipyard Blvd.at 6:30 pm.  The forum for the County Commissioners and School Board Candidates to be held on October 4 at the New Hanover County Senior Center on Shipyard Blvd. will begin at 6:30 pm. 

Jon Evans of WECT_TV will be the moderator for both forums. The public is encouraged to attend. There is no better way to be an informed voter!
