UPLOADING COMPONENTS TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION
After completing the online application, applicants need to arrange for three uploads using this UPLOAD LINK.
(*Please note, the upload link is set up using the OneDrive of Kate Santhuff, who is the Communications liaison for the Scholarship Committee.)
1) Two people who know your academic and service experience must upload letters of recommendation on your behalf. One must be a teacher, and the other must be someone in a leadership role. Neither can be related to you in any way. The second person can be a staff member or administrator from your school, a coach, a pastor, a youth leader, etc. Please send them the link that is shown in red below, which is the same link you will receive in your scholarship application submission confirmation. Ask them to directly upload their letters using that link no later than March 31, 2026. The following naming protocol is required, using your name in the file title: LastNameFirstInitial_LWVRec_TheirLastName.pdf UPLOAD*
Note: NO APPLICANT may upload these letters. Each recommendation letter MUST BE UPLOADED by the person who wrote the letter.
2) Upload a video: In your submission confirmation of receipt and in red text below, you will see the same upload link to use for uploading your video submission. Once you have completed the written version of the answers to the three essay questions, create a script and record yourself answering them. For tips on a quality video submission, follow the resource links we provide in the confirmation of receipt once you submit this form. Please use the naming protocol: LastNameFirstInitial_LWVSchol26.mp4 UPLOAD*
3) Upload a letter indicating your acceptance to a four-year university or college. If you plan to attend community college, please provide a PDF version of the welcome letter that they send you upon your application or registration.
